1. Grant of License: Kunst Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products and services for your personal or business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. Restrictions: You may not sublicense, sell, distribute, or transfer our products or any part thereof to others. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products. Additionally, you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Ownership: Our products and all intellectual property rights associated with them are owned by Kunst Audio. This license agreement does not transfer ownership of our products to you.

4. Warranty: We strive to provide high-quality products, but we do not warrant that our products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability: Kunst Audio shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

6. Termination: This license agreement is effective until terminated. Kunst Audio may terminate this agreement if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our products and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law: This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Entire Agreement: This license agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kunst Audio, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
